The theme of the final qualifying work: "Matrices based on silk fibroin for cell cultivation." In this work, a technology was developed for obtaining films based on silk fibroin intended for cell cultivation. To create tissue-engineered structures, the method of pouring an aqueous solution of fibroin onto a polystyrene substrate was used.
