رفتار حرکتی, 2018 هدف از این پژوهش تأثیریک دوره تمرینات هوازی بر میزان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﻮروﺗﺮوﻓﻴﻚ ﻣﺸﺘﻖ از ﻣﻐﺰ (BDNF) و میزان توجه و تمرکز زنان سالمند بود. در این پژوهش نیمهتجربی، 19 زن سالمند با میانگین سن 2/4±3/58 بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (10=n) و کنترل(9=n) تقسیم شدند.
