مجله پژوهشهای علوم و صنایع غذایی ایران, 2010 افزایش تقاضای مصرف کنندگان در مورد محصولاتی حاوی پروتئین سویا باعث افزایش تولید محصولات جدید حاوی سویا گردیده است. در این تحقیق نوشیدنی ها با تخمیر مخلوط هایی از شیر/شیر سویا در نسبت های 100/0،70/30 و 50/50 و رقیق سازی تا ماده جامد 5/4و 5/6، آماده شدند.
