, 2019 پژوهش حاضر در صدد تبیین و ارائه الگویی از حسابرسی داخلی اثربخش و شناسایی مولفههای آن میباشد. جامعه آماری مورد نظر در این پژوهش، 16 نفر از جمعیت خبرهی مدیران شرکت های بورسی، اعضای کمیتههای حسابرسی و مدیران موسسات حسابرسی میباشند.
