علوم و فناوری رنگ, 2019 در این پژوهش، سنتز نقاط کوانتومی CdTe و نقاط کوانتومی هسته CdTe و پوسته CdSe، CdS، ZnS و ZnSe به روش همرسوبی انجام شد. در این راستا ابتدا هسته CdTe سنتز و اثر زمان تقطیر برگشتی یک تا هفت ساعت بر خواص نورتابی، گاف نواری، ساختار و ریزساختار آن بررسی گردید.
