减速机是高压开关操动机构的重要传动部件,其内部传动齿轮的强度设计至关重要。文中以高压开关操动机构用减速机中的传动齿轮为研究对象,首先建立其齿面数学模型,并根据建立的数学模型求取一对啮合齿轮副的齿面点集;将齿面点集导入SolidWorks软件中建立齿轮副的三维实体模型;并将建立的三维实体模型导入Ansys软件进行有限元仿真分析(FEA),分析齿轮副最大接触应力与最大弯曲应力的发生位置,根据强度分析结果指导后续的齿轮优化设计。文中的研究成果为操动机构设计提供理论支撑。
