体外应用RE25-3食管癌细胞系观察了三种维甲类——维甲酸:维胺酯及维胺酸的作用。三种维甲均使细胞的分裂增殖受到抑制,3H-TdR掺入到DNA中减少。染色体数目减少,甚至转化过程中丧失的二倍体重又出现,此外还使细胞的集落形成能力受抑。三者中以维胺酸作用最强;维胺酯与维甲酸相近。

在研究了现有气象雷达三维风场反演的VVP方法的基础上,提出了一种新的基于三维风场均匀分布假设的三维风场VVP反演算法.采用提出的算法,进行了模拟风场和雷达实测风场的反演实验.按照实验结果进行了反演误差分析.理论和实验结果证明采用风场均匀分布假设的VVP方法,反演的三维风场与雷达实测的三维风场比较吻合.
