格林——巴利氏综合征气管切开术后并发致死性大出血二例报道

格林—巴利氏综合征,又名急性感染性多发性神经炎等,主要为四肢迅速出现驰缓性瘫痪,不少病人有呼吸肌麻痹,这就需做气管切开人工辅助呼吸。气切术后并发症很多,尤以术后大出血及纵隔气肿气胸等为严重。现将我科建科以来发生的二例格林—巴氏综合征,因气管切开术后大出血致死的病例报道如下。

【目的】 对急性呼吸道感染症状病人中呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)流行情况进行监测,分析RSV在广东地区的流行特征,为今后广东地区RSV的监控和防治提供参考资料?【方法】 2009年7月至2012年6月期间在广东省25家哨点医院采集急性呼吸道感染病例咽拭子标本,提取标本RNA,反转录成cDNA,利用巢式PCR进行RSV检测;对RSV阳性标本进行其他6种呼吸道病毒的检测,了解混合感染情况?检测结果采用SPSS 13.

支气管扩张合并尖端赛多孢霉感染1例

尖端赛多孢霉引起的各种感染已呈上升趋势，可在免疫功能低下(器官移植患者、血液系统恶性疾病和免疫缺陷)的人群中引起播散性感染，在免疫功能良好的宿主中引起局部肺部感染。尖端赛多孢霉通过吸入分生孢子而引起支气管扩张、黏液纤毛清除率恶化、黏膜增厚，使尖端赛多孢霉的孢子在呼吸道持续存在。现报道1例女性的支气管扩张合并尖端赛多孢霉感染病例。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料患者，女，49岁。职业为工人，就诊于长春市传染病医院。
