目的 定量评价西安大气 PM2. 5污染对城区居民每日疾病死亡率的影响。方法 以大气 PM2. 5浓度为自变量, 以总死亡,呼吸系统疾病,心血管疾病,中风,慢性阻塞型肺部疾病,冠心病,下呼吸道感染等疾病为因变量,进行 了单因素泊松回归分析。结果 单变量分析结果表明: 除 PM2. 5对下呼吸道感染死亡率的影响无显著意义以外,与其 它各种疾病死亡率之间的正相关关系均有显著意义。暴露 - 反应关系模型显示: PM2.

尖端赛多孢霉引起的各种感染已呈上升趋势,可在免疫功能低下(器官移植患者、血液系统恶性疾病和免疫缺陷)的人群中引起播散性感染,在免疫功能良好的宿主中引起局部肺部感染。尖端赛多孢霉通过吸入分生孢子而引起支气管扩张、黏液纤毛清除率恶化、黏膜增厚,使尖端赛多孢霉的孢子在呼吸道持续存在。现报道1例女性的支气管扩张合并尖端赛多孢霉感染病例。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料患者,女,49岁。职业为工人,就诊于长春市传染病医院。
