Experience of nursing care for diabetes patients undergoing cervical intervertebral disc arthroplasty [PDF]
目的 探讨糖尿病患者行人工颈椎间盘置换术手术前后的护理方法。方法 对64例颈椎病合并糖尿病患者进行降糖治疗和护理，行择期手术，术后在创伤骨科疾病护理的基础上结合糖尿病患者的护理常规，对64例患者进行护理，包括观察伤口，预防并发症，监测血糖，降糖宣教，饮食护理和功能锻炼等措施。结果 64例行人工颈椎间盘置换术的糖尿病患者均顺利渡过围术期，切口甲级愈合，未发生并发症，临床症状缓解或消失。置换节段稳定并部分恢复了颈椎正常的活动范围。结论 做好手术全过程的护理，尤其是加强术后护理 ...

Probe into effect of upgraded continuing education for improving nurses core competencies
Huli yanjiu, 2015 [目的]为护理学科专升本继续教育以及护理岗位的合理安排提供有效依据。[方法]采用中国注册护士核心能力量表对南宁市13所三级甲等医院588名临床护士进行问卷调查。[结果]专升本护士核心能力总得分高于专科护士,两者在评判性思维/科研能力等6个维度得分比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。[结论]经专升本继续教育后专升本护士核心能力总体优于专科护士。
