Applications QCC responsibility of nurses to patients to improve awareness of the disease [PDF]
目的 探讨品管圈活动在病区提高责任护士对患者病情掌握情况的应用效果。方法 科内8人成立品管圈小组，通过品管圈活动步骤，即PDCA4个阶段，运用质量管理工具如脑力激荡法、柏拉图、鱼骨图等，严格按照活动计划组织实施，对口腔科60人次责任护士随机进行患者病情掌握度的调查，根据现状调查的结果，设定目标，然后对原因进行分析，并制订相应的整改对策并组织实施。结果 通过品管圈活动，病房责任护士对患者的掌握度从57.5%提高到81.9%。此外，圈员的综合能力明显提升。结论 ...

Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]研究成人护理专科对科研教育的需求。[方法]采用自行设计调查问卷对434名成人专科护理系学员进行问卷调查。[结果]影响学员开展科研的自身因素位于前5位的是外语水平低、科研知识不足、检索英文文献能力差、缺乏统计学知识、科研能力差;护理学员创新能力、逻辑推理能力均处于一般水平。护理学员迫切需要加强专业英语的学习,同时增设护理科研课程、统计学课程、医学新技术新知识、SPSS统计软件的学习。[结论]成人护理专科学员对科研教育需求比较迫切,成人护理教育应注意科研能力的培养并加强课程设置改革的力度。
