, 2021 目的探讨乳腺癌患者全麻术后恶心呕吐（PONV）的危险因素。方法选择乳腺癌全身麻醉患者530例，按照患者术后是否有恶心、呕吐对530例患者的相关病史及麻醉病历分别作单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析，评价乳腺癌患者全麻术后恶心呕吐的危险因素。结果530例患者中，发生PONV有101例，发生率为19.06%。多因素分析发现：术前禁饮禁食时间、麻醉维持方式、术中低血压、有无使用止吐药、有无使用曲马多、术后使用阿片类药物镇痛与乳腺癌术后恶心呕吐发生相关（P<0.05）。结论乳腺癌患者术前长时间禁饮禁食、
