, 2019 目的:观察附子理中汤合补阳还五汤对脾肾阳虚兼气虚血瘀型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:64例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例,对照组予以莫沙必利分散片治疗,治疗组予附子理中汤合补阳还五汤治疗,疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后胃轻瘫症状严重指数、胃半排空时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组的胃轻瘫症状严重指数得分均较治疗前明显降低(P

浙江大学学报. 医学版近年来研究发现，由氧化应激等刺激因素导致的铁代谢紊乱与脂质过氧化诱导的铁死亡在主动脉夹层的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。其中，铁代谢紊乱主要体现为铁含量与血红素代谢异常导致的羟基自由基过量生成，而脂质过氧化则与Xc－系统异常及磷脂氢过氧化物过量积累相关。这些因素协同导致主动脉稳态被破坏，驱动主动脉夹层中内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞等管壁组成细胞铁死亡。主动脉夹层中存在多个铁死亡相关基因紊乱，且吸烟等流行病学因素、蛋白质甲基化等表观遗传修饰及T淋巴细胞等免疫细胞功能异常亦与主动脉夹层铁死亡密切相关。此外 ...
