, 2016 目的:探讨柴郁地仙方抗围绝经期抑郁症的作用途径。方法:50只SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、盐酸氟西汀组、戊酸雌二醇组、柴郁地仙方组,每组10只,假手术组行假手术,其余行卵巢去势术后孤养并予以21d慢性轻度不可预见性刺激,观察刺激过程大鼠行为学变化,采用Elisa法检测血清E2、FSH、LH水平。结果:柴郁地仙方能够维持大鼠Open-Field水平得分稳定,上调血清E2水平,抑制血清FSH、LH过度分泌,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义 ...
