, 2020 目的：分析中晚期癌症患者实施中医护理临床路径后灵性健康促进的效果及提高灵性安适程度。方法：选取我院中晚期癌症患者 90 例（2018 年 4 月至 2019 年 10 月），随机分为常规护理的对照组（45 例）与中医护理临床路径的观察组（45 例），观察患者灵性健康及疼痛情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组 FACT-G 量表各维度评分高，FACIT-Sp 量表评分高，NRS评分低，P ＜ 0.05。结论：中医护理临床路径应用于中晚期癌症患者中，能促进患者灵性健康，减轻患者疼痛症状，提高灵性安适程度 ...
