乳腺脂肪肉瘤一例报告并文献复习 [PDF]

乳腺脂肪肉瘤罕见。国内11所医院于1973年之前收治的乳腺肿瘤的资料中,脂肪肉瘤仅仅1例,而这例至今未见有详细报告。我科曾收治1例,报告如下。临床资料患者女,23岁,因右乳腺肿块一年于1975年8月27日入院。入院前一年,患者无意中发现右乳腺肿块约指头大小,无不适感。10个月后,肿块逐渐增大如鸡蛋大小。入院前2月,肿块急剧增大,外院用青霉素、链霉素等抗炎治疗无效。

乳腺化生性癌(MBC)于是一组具有明显异质性的罕见的乳腺侵袭性肿瘤,占所有乳腺恶性肿瘤的0.2%-1%[1]。乳腺梭形细胞化生癌(SPCC)是乳腺化生性癌的一种亚型,常发生在绝经后的妇女,平均发病年龄约在68岁。临床表现与浸润性导管癌相似,肿瘤平均直径约5.3cm(1.6cm-20cm)[2]。由于报道病例较少,病理组织学特征认识不足,极易误诊、漏诊。
