泰國菜和越南菜差別研究

[[abstract]]研究探討越南菜和泰國菜之間的差異,並通過網路發放問卷調查和文獻探討結合交叉分析的統計方法來進行分析。網路發放問卷調查共發放了137份問卷,有效問卷114份,有效83%。參與者包括18歲以下到50歲以上年齡層和各類背景的人群。研究結果表明,越南菜和泰國菜在食材選擇、烹飪方式、味道偏好以及文化背景方面存在明顯差異。 在食材選擇方面,越南菜更加偏重於使用魚露、辣椒、檸檬、米粉和米紙等植物性食材,而泰國菜則偏愛椰漿、青檸汁、檸檬葉、辣椒、蒜和糖等調味品。在烹飪方式上,越南菜通常採用蒸 ...
