绝缘子ZnS:Cu/BaTiO3复合涂层的闪络强度和缺陷自检测特性研究
绝缘子是电力设备的重要组成部分,但表面绝缘缺陷极易导致突发性沿面闪络事故。为了提高对表面绝缘缺陷的检测能力和绝缘子的沿面闪络强度,文中制备了ZnS:Cu/BaTiO3掺杂的绝缘缺陷自检测复合涂层,将ZnS:Cu电致发光材料引入绝缘系统实现缺陷自检测功能,通过引入高介电常数BaTiO3填料均匀表面电场、提高绝缘子沿面闪络强度。测试了涂层样品的交/直流闪络电压,通过对表面金属微粒缺陷在交流电压下的发光分布和局部放电的观测,考察了涂层对表面缺陷的检测能力。结果表明 ...
