利用静电纺丝和交联技术,制备了植酸(PA)修饰聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维膜负载钯催化剂.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了纤维膜的微观结构;采用扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)分析了 Pd催化中心在纤维膜上的分布;采用红外光谱研究了纤维膜的化学结构.Mizoroki-Heck偶联反应结果显示,植酸的引入可以提高纤维膜催化剂的催化活性;该催化剂对不同结构的碘代芳烃和丙烯酸酯都表现出良好的催化性能;而且该催化剂至少可以重复使用4次其活性基本保持不变.

XPLE电力电缆因其优异的机械性能和电绝缘性能得到广泛的使用,在交联电缆接头安装过程中,对交联聚乙烯主绝缘表面进行打磨会使接头交联聚乙烯—硅橡胶界面产生不同的粗糙程度,但是对存在于两个有机绝缘之间的接触面的电绝缘强度的研究很少,笔者针对交联聚乙烯电力电缆接头的交联聚乙烯和硅橡胶两绝缘界面经常出现放电光的现象,建立了电痕破坏实验平台,用不同型号的砂纸对XPLE片横向和纵向打磨制备实验样品,采用高速相机对发生在交联聚乙烯和透明硅橡胶界面上的放电光进行记录。结果表明:界面粗糙度越大 ...
