提升风电消纳水平的电力系统灵活性措施经济性评估方法研究 [PDF]
近年来,中国风电并网容量不断增大,出现了严重的弃风现象,随着各类技术可行的灵活性措施提出,亟需研究经济合理的措施组合以降低弃风量。为此,提出一种提升风电消纳能力的电力系统灵活性措施的经济性评估方法。首先,构建基于成本效益的经济性评价指标,即减少风电弃风量的单位成本,以量化各类灵活性措施对提高电网风电消纳能力的效果;然后,采用时序生产模拟模型量化分析系统的年度弃风总量,生产模拟模型考虑常规电源、风电及负荷,以小时为仿真粒度进行机组组合和经济调度;最后,构建了灵活性措施的年化成本模型 ...

考虑施工工艺后,空间结构相对一次成型通常会产生附加内力。如何选用较优的施工方案,减少附加应力对结构安全的影响,是施工单位比较关注的问题。以某电教中心周边支承网架结构为例,选用常用施工工艺,进行设计-施工一体化分析,研究其杆件附加应力分布和结构安全性。结果表明,附加应力产生的主要原因是施工过程中支座约束时受力状态与一次成型有较大区别,当与一次成型接近时,杆件的附加应力较小。随着措施量的增加,各施工工艺的换杆数量逐渐递减。在分块吊装或提升工艺下,分块的数量对网架结构服役阶段位移影响较小;在滑移施工工艺下 ...

高压电瓷是电力网络中的重要器件,通过对高压电瓷产品按一定批量进行定期更换,能降低输电变电网的损耗,达到节能目的。构建了影响造价成本的参量模型和约束函数,采用非线性预测算法进行造价成本和电力网络产能预测,完成了采用非合作博弈纳什均衡方法实现对电网改造成本和电网均衡配比模型构建。仿真结果表明,用该模型进行电网改造,能有效节省造价成本的同时,提高了电力网络产能。
