非同位素标记pAW101探针作人流胚胎组织的亲权鉴定 [PDF]
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1992 DNA限制性片段长度多态性(RFLPs)技术的经典方法是用酚抽提DNA,同位素标记探针。本文研究选用N_aCI盐析分离DNA的技术,结合地高辛配基标记pAW101探针方法,作了11例无争议的胚胎组织的亲权鉴定,同时测定4种同Ⅰ酶型,在不违反孟德尔遗规律的前提下,按Essen-Moller公式计算父权概率(均>99.73％),达到确定亲生关系的标准。本方法简单、易于掌握,结果稳定可靠,适宜于一般实验室开展工作。

应用pAW101 DNA探针作人流胚胎组织的亲权鉴定 [PDF]
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1992 用pAW1015kb的DNA片段为探针检测人流胚胎与其亲代的DNA限制性片段长度多态性(RFLPs)的遗传关系。同时测定他们的某些同工酶(葡萄糖磷酸变位酶、酯酶D、乙二醛酶Ⅰ)型。在不违反孟德尔遗传规律的前提下,按M(?)ller-Essen公式计算,其父权概率都已达到或超过可以确认亲生关系的标准。这一方法的建立,使过去棘手的早期妊娠的亲权鉴定之难题获得圆满解决。此外,本文还对这一方法的优越性进行了讨论。

pAW101-EcoRⅠ限制性片段在广东人群中的分布及其在法医学上的应用

Yixue kexue ban, 1992 用pAW1015kb的片段为探什,检测广东地区106例无血缘关系居民的EcoRI酶切限制性片段(RF)的分布情况。共发现长度各异的65条RF,每人只具有其中的1～2条。统计学分析证明,这些RF的分布符合哈一温氏平衡。无血缘关系的两个个体间具有完全相同的RF图谱的机会为0.00048(相当于l/2080)。家系调查结果表明,这些RF符合孟德尔遗传规律。本文是应用作者推导出来的计算RF大小的数学模式。此法在作亲权鉴定时,父权排除率可达0.914,相当于目前国内所用的血型测定法(包括HLA-A,-B抗原测定 ...
