白枕鹤、蓑羽鹤、灰鹤三种鹤卵人工孵化的研究

通过对哈尔滨北方森林动物园人工饲养的白枕鹤、蓑羽鹤和灰鹤2004~2006年所产卵人工孵化的研究,结果表明:3种鹤卵前中期的孵化温度为37.6~37.8℃,相对湿度为48%~52%;孵化后期的温度为36.7~37℃,相对湿度为57%~62%;白枕鹤卵的人工孵化时间平均为30 d 2 h,平均失重率为13.41%;蓑羽鹤卵的人工孵化时间平均为27 d 15 h,平均失重率为15.06%;灰鹤卵的人工孵化时间平均为28 d 9 h,平均失重率为15.93%。

帽带企鹅繁育研究

灰翅喇叭鸟的人工饲养与繁殖

上海动物园饲养的1对灰翅喇叭鸟(Psophia crepitans),于2017年4—6月间产下12枚卵,取其中10枚卵进行人工孵化,孵化出6只灰翅喇叭鸟雏为研究对象,探讨成年灰翅喇叭鸟在人工圈养条件下饲养和繁殖过程,包括笼舍环境管理、日常饲养流程、饲料配方、巢箱设计制作、人工孵化等。结果表明:灰翅喇叭鸟人工孵化时间为27—28 d,种类丰富和营养均衡的日粮可以提高成年灰翅喇叭鸟繁殖率,达到83.33%。繁殖巢箱设计与挂置应满足亲鸟繁殖需求,人工孵化可以提高灰翅喇叭鸟成活率,可使其达到50%。
