Gaoya dianqi, 2011 笔者从一起人身触电事故切入,以期引起读者对10kV金属封闭式电压互感器—避雷器柜运行安全的重视和思考;在简要阐述电压互感器、避雷器的配置原则、原理接线、常规布置方式以及说明电网实际运行情况的基础上,结合10kV金属封闭开关柜内部结构的特殊性,提出了接线方案和结构型式的概念,对国家电网公司典型设计中给出的10kV电压互感器柜的4种接线方案进行了分析优化,对目前常见的KYN28-12型柜体结构型式作了利弊对比分析,最后,为保证人身和设备安全,从设计、制造、安装、运行等方面提出了若干建议。
