工频叠加谐波电压下温度对全膜电容器绝缘介质击穿特性的影响

架空配电线路感应雷过电压仿真分析

架空配电线路绝缘水平较低,因此雷电感应过电压引起的雷击跳闸率很高。为了分析配电线路感应雷过电压的特性,介绍了感应过电压的计算方法,使用二阶时域有限差分法(FDTD)计算感应过电压,以实际线路为例,分析了线路结构、雷电流参数、大地电导率及负载对感应过电压的影响。结果表明,线路高度的增加会使感应过电压增大;雷电参数对感应过电压计算结果影响较大;当大地电导率小于,其对感应过电压的影响不可忽略,计算分析时应予以考虑;需要对短时呈容性的设备做好防雷保护工作。

基于三电极法的相对介电常数测量误差分析及修正方法研究

为了提高采用三电极法的相对介电常数测量准确性,文中根据真实电极系统的材料和尺寸,在基于有限元法的多物理场仿真软件Comsol中建立并求解了针对相对介电常数测量的3D模型。为了减少计算量同时考虑到测量系统近似轴对称,对模型进行了2D简化,3D与2D模型计算结果的比较验证了2D模型的可靠性。通过计算给出了电场、电位和表面电荷密度的分布,计算了标准中给出方法对应的误差。分析了样本厚度、相对介电常数和半径(面积)对相对介电常数计算准确性的影响,确立了相对介电常数准确性的主要影响因素 ...
