与交流不同,直流电压下气固绝缘系统的电场分布取决于电介质的电导率。在绝缘系统电场由容性转化为阻性的同时,电荷在气固介质交界面积聚而改变了原有电场,导致其沿面闪络特性下降,制约着直流GIS的工程应用。目前关于直流GIS绝缘介质电场的仿真和试验研究已成为国际上的热点,文中对此进行系统性的综述,包括:GIS直流电场的数学计算模型,不同介质的电气特性,GIS绝缘子表面电荷测量方法,表面电荷测量系统等。最后,对直流GIS相关仿真和试验研究工作给出了建议。
