振荡波试验是电缆绝缘检测的重要手段,解决了现场试验负载容量大导致的试验设备体积庞大的问题,介质损耗因数属于电缆振荡波试验的核心测试参数之一,然而现有振荡波条件下的介质损耗因数测试精度较低(仅为1×10-3量级),无法满足现场测试要求。本研究提出一种基于全相位快速傅立叶变换(ApFFT)和非线性最小二乘法(NLS)算法的高准确度介损因数测试方法,与传统方法对比无需再评估振荡波系统自身误差,测量精度提升到1×10-4量级。测试过程需同时测量振荡波电压和电流信号,开发了可实现最小化理论相位误差的测试系统 ...
