回顾性调查我院2013年1-6月使用氯吡格雷的内科住院患者出院病历资料136份并进行统计分析。共调查943份内科出院患者病历,136例使用了氯吡格雷,使用率14.42%,其中可能存在药物相互作用的联合用药131例,占96.32%。与氯吡格雷联合用药例数最多的是他汀类药物(130例),其次是质子泵抑制剂(61例),第三位是钙离子拮抗剂(57例)。联用例次数居前三位的药品分别是:阿托伐他汀钙片(129例次)、苯磺酸氨氯地平片(38例次)、雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片(37例次)
