基于组合赋权法和模糊综合评估法对110 kV线路防雷策略的研究
Dianci bileiqi为了提升110 kV输电线路的防雷性能，提出一种基于组合赋权法和模糊综合评估法的防雷改造评估方法。首先根据不同防雷措施下的差异化原理，筛选出差异化指标作为防雷措施的优化对象；然后，提出熵权法（EWM）与改进层次分析法（IAHP）组合赋权的方式法对线路防雷措施的权重值进行赋值，并建立以模糊综合评价法的防雷评估模型。最后，针对华东南110 kV某输电线路实例进行防雷验证。结果表明：基于文中所提的防雷方法能全面地评估输电线路的防雷措施，优化后线路杆塔的绕击和反击跳闸率分别降低72%和53 ...
