高压开关液压碟簧机构所用的控制阀主要采用传统加工方法,存在质量或体积大、损失高等问题。文中以减小流道压力损失、结构轻量化为优化目标,先对控制阀阀体的流道进行流场优化,再以优化后的流道为基础进行增材设计和强度校核,得到轻量化控制阀阀体,最终质量和体积减少超过60%,轻优化效果明显,为液压碟簧机构控制阀的优化设计提供一种新思路。
