小型反渗透膜系统优化结构设计

提出了纯水制备反渗透膜系统优化设计的经典模型, 导出了相应的简化模型, 描述了用现行设计软件实现优化设计的具体计算过程, 明确了系统优化结构的两个判据。在此理论与方法指导下, 得出了对应低难溶盐给水条件的膜系统最优"六支段饱和结构", 并结合浓差极化指标严格界定了低难溶盐给水的各难溶盐临界饱和度, 从而为小型反渗透膜系统的设计提供了一套完整的优化理论、优化方法与优化结构。

针对CRH380A型高速列车头部外形的气动减阻问题, 设计了一种新型的基于自由曲面变形的局部型函数参数化方法, 提出了一套基于实数编码遗传算法的变光滑因子广义回归神经网络响应面模型(GA-GRNN)的气动外形优化方法. 优化结果表明: 局部型函数参数化方法操作简单、实现方便, 使用少量的设计参数可以控制较大变形区域, 且能保证变形的光顺性和不同变形区域间的光滑过渡; 使用同样的样本点进行训练, GA-GRNN 比GRNN的预测精度高, 更容易得到全局最优解; 优化后, CRH380A ...

基于CAE技术的高压开关弹簧机构凸轮优化设计

针对高压开关设计和使用中提出的凸轮曲线轮廓优化问题,在大型CAE软件ANSYS中进行参数化建模和有限元分析,得出了凸轮碰撞过程中的瞬态应力分布等力学参数,并以此为依据,建立了凸轮的优化数学模型,以凸轮与轴承的最大接触应力最小为优化目标,分析了相应的约束条件和设计变量,在ANSYS的优化模块中,进行了凸轮曲线形状的优化设计,并对优化前后的结果进行了比较。探索了一种CAE技术在高压开关设计中应用的新方法,所做研究对提高凸轮机构的设计质量和设计效率有较好的指导意义和参考价值。

基于遗传算法的普通V带传动的优化设计

在普通V带传动设计中 ,大多采用传统设计方法 ,存在计算精度低 ,难于找到最优解等问题。本文提出将遗传算法应用于普通V带传动的优化设计过程 ,以最小带轮体积为优化目标函数进行优化设计。计算实例表明 ,在满足传动承载能力的前提下 ,可有效减小带轮体积。此方法可应用于同类零件的优化过程。
