低剂量丝裂霉素C辐射防护作用的初步研究

目的观察丝裂霉素C(MMC)对辐射损伤小鼠染色体畸变的影响。方法小鼠腹腔注射低剂量MMC,再给大剂量X射线照射,或先给大剂量X射线照射再给低剂量MMC。观察小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变。结果所有低剂量MMC处理组小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率均低于单纯大剂量照射组。结论低剂量MMC可以减轻辐射所致的染色体损伤,具有辐射防护作用。

低剂量丝裂霉素C对辐射所致染色体损伤的实验观察

目的观察低剂量丝裂霉素C(MMC)对辐射损伤小鼠外周血白细胞数变化及染色体畸变的影响。方法小鼠腹腔注射低剂量MMC,再给大剂量X射线照射,或先给大剂量X射线照射再给低剂量MMC。观察小鼠白细胞计数及骨髓细胞染色体畸变。结果所有低剂量MMC处理组小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变率均低于单纯大剂量照射组,且低剂量MMC处理组的白细胞数降低程度均较单纯照射组有所减轻。结论低剂量MMC可以减轻辐射所致的染色体损伤,具有辐射防护作用。
