通过改变氧化锑的含量,分析不同含量对氧化锌电阻片电位梯度、泄漏电流等性能的影响。氧化锑在烧结过程中与氧化锌可以形成尖晶石相,可以抑制氧化锌晶粒尺寸的大小,进而调整电阻片电位梯度。在传统五元配方体系中,通过改变氧化锑的增加,电阻片收缩率逐渐增大,致密度逐渐增加;掺杂适量的氧化锑可以提高电位梯度,降低泄漏电流;掺杂过量的氧化锑会降低电位梯度。
