低温环境下支柱瓷绝缘子力学特性分析及临界裂纹尺寸研究

高压支柱瓷绝缘子的断裂会对电力系统的安全稳定运行带来严重威胁,而支柱瓷绝缘子的断裂事故在冬季低温环境中尤为多见。为分析低温环境下支柱瓷绝缘子的力学特性,建立了支柱瓷绝缘子的热-结构耦合有限元模型及胶装区域孔隙结冰膨胀的数值计算模型,计算分析了不同环境温度下、不同位置和不同程度结冰膨胀时的应力分布规律及相应的最小临界裂纹尺寸变化规律,研究表明:环境温度的降低、膨胀程度的增大可导致支柱瓷绝缘子所受的最大拉应力随之增大,最小临界裂纹尺寸则相应地逐渐减小 ...

为探讨高压微雾系统调节环境温湿度对喜马拉雅小熊猫(Ailurus fulgens)行为的影响,2020年8—9月,在杭州动物园用电子温湿度计记录并对比微雾系统开启(试验期)和未开启(对照期)的喜马拉雅小熊猫外场环境温湿度,同时用瞬时扫描法研究对比试验期和对照期喜马拉雅小熊猫的行为分配和区域选择的差异。结果表明:试验期环境温度在09:00显著低于对照期(p<0.05),在09:30—11:00、14:00—15:00极显著低于对照期(p<0.01);试验期环境湿度在09:30—10:00、14:

填料电加热强化低温下厌氧氨氧化脱氮效能研究

选取热裂解废弃轮胎作为生物填料,通过对填料外加低电压形成并联的方式,研究了新型电加热填料法对低温下UASB厌氧氨氧化脱氮效能的强化作用。实验结果表明,相较传统加热方式,填料电加热缩短了热传质途径,提高了微生物环境温度,进而提高了脱氮效能。在10℃的低温环境下,填料电加热方法能够将厌氧氨氧化的总氮去除率由16.9%提高至74.9%,填料周围温度能够稳定维持在(32±2)℃的范围内,更适合微生物代谢和生长。相较于传统外部电加热丝方式,填料电加热对于能量的利用率提高了17.5%。此外 ...

一起550kV断路器合闸电阻阻值超标现象分析

在例行试验时发现550 k V断路器合闸电阻阻值超标,通过解体、试验,发现由于该型号合闸电阻具有负温度特性,其阻值会随环境温度的降低而变大。为确保在现场准确测量合闸电阻阻值,提出了该型号产品在生产时应充分考虑环境温度的影响,在测量时记录环境温度并进行阻值换算的改进措施。
