利用常规观测资料对1991〜1996年江淮地区梅雨大暴雨期的高、低层流场进行合成诊断分析.结果表明,梅雨期暴雨时,在对流层上部,由于青藏高压向东扩,在高压东侧出现偏北大风轴,由此构成的高空辐散区随着高压的东移而东移,它常常位于低空急流前端的上空,形成上层东北风,下层西南风的特殊耦合关系.

The heavy rainfall forecasting caused by Changjiang-Huaihe cyclone during college entrance examination of 2013(2013年一次江淮气旋引发的暴雨过程预报技巧探讨)

分析了 2013年高考期间(6月7日~8日)的一次暴雨过程,对其预报技巧进行探讨.此次暴雨过程是江淮气旋东移所致,高空冷槽前的正涡度平流、低层横向切变使地面气旋发展,槽上冷平流使槽发展加深.强降水主要出现在低压的东南象限、700 hPa切变线南侧、低空急流轴的左前侧,强降水区还与低层暖湿舌北侧假相当位温密集区和水汽通量散度辐合区相吻合.做高考决策预报服务过程中,当数值预报出现严重分岐时,可通过分析上游的天气系统来确定数值预报初始场的可靠性,从而得出预报结论.
