Perceived costs as drivers of wildlife management preferences in rural Tanzanian communities

Management options are most effective when aligned with the preferences of people directly affected by wildlife, yet little is known about how socioecological factors influence these preferences.

野生动物学报, 2013 蟒蛇是中国产的最大的蛇之一,是国家Ⅰ级重点保护野生动物,海南坡鹿是中国特有的国家Ⅰ级重点保护野生动物,它们和其他野生动物及其栖息地组成了海南大田保护区区域生态系统,蟒蛇是处于生态系统食物链顶端的捕食者,要更好地保护海南坡鹿,不能仅针对坡鹿物种本身进行保护,还要对这一生态系统中的其他野生动物和栖息地进行保护。本研究结合有关调查数据分析保护区蟒蛇的种群动态以及空间分布规律,同时探讨蟒蛇的捕食行为对海南坡鹿种群的影响,可为制定有效的、科学的系统保护对策和措施提供依据。

野生动物学报, 2014 为探索成都动物园未来保护教育工作的发展方向和路线,在成都对4所中小学中年龄在6～14岁的339名学生进行了问卷调查。问卷调查了学生在保护教育态度、环境信息获得以及关注动物园等几个方面的情况。并提出发展当地环境保护教育的3点建议:(1)教育政策对于环境保护的引导,让保护教育成为素质教育的必修课;(2)保护教育专业队伍的建立与发展;(3)联合学校开发适应地方性特色的环境保护教育学校教材。
