野生动物学报, 2020 金丝猴为中国特有的珍稀动物，为了进一步保护金丝猴物种资源，我国主要采取建立自然保护区（自然选择）和迁地保护（人工选择）等措施，并取得了良好的效果。迁地保护主要以动物园笼养模式为主，由于动物园笼养模式限制了金丝猴的自由采食和随机交配，对金丝猴营养状况及种群结构产生了一定影响。致使金丝猴营养过剩，同时也使金丝猴种群近交系数增大，对金丝猴的种群繁育造成一定影响。本研究对兰州市动物园川金丝猴的饲养管理及种群现状进行了调查研究，以期为不同年龄段川金丝猴的饲养管理及种群繁育提供参考。
