肾活检标本石蜡切片免疫荧光染色方法的探讨

目的探讨不同的抗原修复方法对肾活检标本石蜡切片免疫荧光染色的影响。方法将20例肾活检标本分别制成石蜡切片(实验组)及冰冻切片(对照组),其中实验组石蜡切片分成应用胰酶抗原修复组;高压加热抗原修复组及无抗原修复组,后行免疫荧光染色,并与冰冻切片免疫荧光染色相比较。结果石蜡切片胰酶抗原修复组免疫荧光染色结果与冰冻切片免疫荧光染色结果基本符合;高压加热抗原修复组出现较多的假阴性结果;无抗原修复组染色效果较差;以上三组间存在统计学差异 ...

目的研究Poly I∶C与R848对脊髓细胞增殖的诱导效应。方法大鼠单次腹腔注射(ip)Poly I∶C与R848,增殖的细胞由BrdU跟踪标记。结果Poly I∶C与R848可引起大鼠脊髓BrdU+细胞明显增加,于注射后2~3 d达最高,随后快速降至正常水平,同时可见BrdU+/Nestin+细胞存在,并伴小胶质细胞的活化,未见有ED-1+/BrdU+的细胞。地塞米松可抑制细胞增殖及小胶质细胞活化,而消炎痛无此作用。结论配体被TLR识别后可能参与脊髓内正常神经细胞的发生过程 ...

连续管现场快速修复技术

连续管作业时会出现压扁、折弯和局部破损等问题,在现场需要安全快速切断连续管损坏部位,并实施管管对接焊修复工程。为此,研制了便携式和全位置连续管校直机、旋转锥套式胀圆器、管口开坡口机以及6个自由度对中机构等成套修复设备。在采油井口连续管作业现场,运用这些修复设备和试验制定的修复工艺,在很短时间内就可以高质量地修复损坏的连续管。修复后连续管接头的疲劳循环次数达到母材管的61%。应用连续管快速修复技术可大大提高连续管井下作业效率,保证作业的安全性。
