利用Illumina MiSeq测序平台分析健康与腹泻食蟹猴粪样菌群

本试验通过对比健康与腹泻食蟹猴粪便菌群的差异,初步探讨腹泻对食蟹猴粪便菌群的影响。采集成年腹泻与健康食蟹猴粪样各6份,用细菌16Sr DNA通用引物扩增V3—V4 区,采用Illumina MiSeq测序平台对食蟹猴粪便微生物进行研究。结果表明,Alpha多样性指数分析,健康组与腹泻组的微生物多样性指数(Shannon、Simpson)差异不显著,群落丰富度指数(Chao、Ace)差异显著。PCA主成分分析,健康组与腹泻组粪便菌群具有明显的差异。通过对健康组与腹泻组物种菌群组成分析 ...

[目的 ]了解急性白血病病人对健康知识的需求情况 ,为寻求提高病人生活质量的适当方法和途径提供依据。 [方法 ]对 60例住院急性白血病病人进行问卷调查 ,收集资料进行分析。 [结果 ]健康教育需求评分受文化程度和住院天数影响 ,排在前 5位的依次是心理调理、自我护理、各项检查目的、化疗毒副反应的防治以及干细胞移植相关知识 ,其对健康指导方式和健康知识获取途径的需求成多样性。 [结论 ]应采用多种方式相结合的健康指导方式 ,满足病人对健康教育的需求 ,提高生活质量。
