新型催化臭氧氧化技术深度处理焦化废水试验研究

针对焦化废水中难降解有机物含量高、色度高、毒性大、处理难度高等问题,研究采用“一级催化臭氧氧化+生物强化MBR+二级催化臭氧氧化”组合工艺对其进行深度处理,探究了臭氧(O3)浓度在两级催化氧化过程中对COD氧化降解的影响和氧化降解机制。结果表明,当原水COD为150~200 mg/L时,两级催化臭氧氧化废水中的O3质量浓度分别为57、80 mg/L,能使COD去除率达到最优,氧化降解过程符合一级反应动力学模型。该工艺具有COD去除率高、成本低廉的优点。

Co3O4催化臭氧氧化降解水中酮基布洛芬的研究

以Co(NO3)2·6H2O和尿素为原料制备了9种Co3O4催化材料,考察了其对水中酮基布洛芬(KTP)的催化臭氧氧化降解效能。结果表明,与单独臭氧氧化相比,所制备的Co3O4对水中KTP的催化臭氧氧化降解率提高了12.0%~63.8%,且在n〔Co(NO3)2·6H2O〕∶n(尿素)=4∶1、煅烧温度400 ℃下制备得到的Co3O4催化剂催化活性最高。SEM、XRD、FTIR、XPS、BET等表征分析显示,该Co3O4催化剂表面呈覆盖细小微粒的球状颗粒,晶相为立方相,且表面含有丰富的羟基 ...
