通过水热法一步合成了BiVO4催化剂,并在氩气气氛下对BiVO4催化剂进行表面改性。通过SEM、TEM、XRD、XPS和PL对BiVO4催化剂进行分析表征,结果表明BiVO4催化剂及改性BiVO4催化剂为单斜状的晶体结构,且改性BiVO4催化剂表面含有大量的氧空位。相比BiVO4催化剂,氧空位BiVO4催化剂的价带由1.97 eV增加至2.13 eV,扩大了带隙,降低了电子和空穴的复合率。在抗生素磺胺甲唑(SMX)初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,考察了不同因素对氧空位BiVO4催化剂光催化降解SMX的影响,

本文在叙述了羧酸光催化氧化反应原理的基础上,对国外光催化氧化反应的实验装置与方法作了扼要的介绍。采用酸碱滴定法与气相色潜法测定并讨论了影响羧酸光催化氧化反应的各种因素(光催化剂的属性和浓度,氧化剂的浓度等),其中光的存在是该反应的必要条件。对于羧酸浓度与时间的关系也作了测定。作者认为:光化学氧化法是工业污水处理的一种新方法,有着广阔的前景。
