采用激光辐照的方法在硅锗薄膜样品表面生成微米级小孔,用高精度扫描电镜观察孔内结构,发现片状的纳米结构.用荧光光谱仪测其光致荧光谱,在705nm 处出现较强的光致荧光谱(PL).对片状结构在800℃下进行退火20min 后,其 PL 光谱明显蓝移至575nm.退火40min 后,在725nm 处有较宽的 PL 光谱,同时,在606nm 处有一尖锐的 PL 光谱.利用量子受限和纳晶与氧化物的界面态综合模型解释 PL 光谱的产生.

研究了曲酸对胰蛋白酶活性的影响,以及曲酸处理的胰蛋白酶的紫外光谱、荧光淬灭光谱、同步荧光光谱和三维荧光光谱.结果显示曲酸对胰蛋白酶具有激活作用;二者相互作用后,曲酸可以使胰蛋白酶的紫外吸收强度增强,但却使得蛋白内源荧光强度下降.Stern-Volmer作图显示了曲酸对胰蛋白酶的荧光淬灭为静态淬灭作用,求出二者的结合常数K为5.30×10~7L/mol,结合位点n为1.50;用同步荧光光谱和三维荧光光谱探讨了曲酸对胰蛋白酶构象的影响.
