野生动物学报, 2019 利用衰减全反射红外光谱技术，对赛加羚羊等3个物种共49份相关样本进行检测、分析并计算其相关系数，结果：同支羚羊角壳不同取样部位红外光谱相关系数为96.69%—99.43%；不同羚羊角壳相同取样部位红外光谱相关系数为94.24%—99.43%；不同物种角质壳红外光谱相关系数为99.28%—99.47%；羚羊角壳与其骨质芯混合物红外光谱随角骨比例变化，骨质成分越多，其红外光谱与羚羊角壳红外光谱的相关系数越低。由此推断红外光谱因取样部位、个体及物种不同而产生差异，且个体间和取样部位差异甚至大于种间差异 ...

Separation of Sanggenon C from SANG-BAI-PI(从桑白皮中提取药物成分桑根酮C)
Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2001 开发了从中药桑白皮中分离和精制桑根酮C的工艺路线.用紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱以及核磁共振谱（13C-NMR与1H-NMR）进行结构鉴定，证实其为桑根酮C（Sanggenon C）.

Guangtongxin yanjiu, 2011 文章分析了频谱分割放大自发辐射（ASE）注入波长锁定法布里-珀罗激光器（FP-LD）光谱随注入种子光光功率的变化情况。实验研究了ASE频谱分割光源注入波长锁定FP-LD的增益和边模抑制比（SMSR）随注入ASE光功率以及FP-LD注入电流的变化关系。最后比较了经过不同频谱分割方法的注入波长锁定光信号在波分复用-无源光网络（WDM-PON）系统中的传输性能。

Guangtongxin yanjiu, 2012 文章建立了光纤激光频谱组束的体光栅参数优化模型。研究结果表明,随着体光栅空间频率和折射率调制量的增大,体光栅所允许的光束谱宽减小,光束发散角增大,得到空间频率和折射率调制量优化选择参数。文章还对所选取的体光栅参数进行频谱组束的效率进行了分析。研究表明,采用优化参数的体光栅的频谱组束效率可提高至95%以上。

Isolation, purification and identification of polysaccharide of Ficus carica(无花果多糖的分离、纯化和鉴定)
Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2004 经脱脂、沸水抽提、乙醇沉淀、酶-Sevag法脱蛋白得到粗多糖，再经DEAE-Sepharose fast flow阴离子交换层析和Sephadex G-200葡聚糖凝胶柱层析得到纯化的无花果多糖(FCPS)，用红外光谱和紫外光谱分析鉴定该多糖.红外光谱分析具有典型的多糖特征吸收峰，紫外光谱分析未见蛋白质(280 nm)与核酸(260 nm)的特征吸收峰. 结果表明，所提取的无花果多糖为单一组分的多糖.
