鼻咽癌患者血清免疫球蛋白含量的探讨 [PDF]

自从1975年Wara等采用免疫单向扩散法检测鼻咽癌患者血清免疫球蛋白的含量以来,已有若干篇报导,但结果颇不一致。我们采用火箭免疫电泳法检测69例患者血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量,就其究竟有无改变,以及早、晚期,有或无颈淋巴结转移和原发瘤间质中浆细胞数量的多寡是否影响IgG,IgA及IgM的水平作一探讨。

近年来,人们应用免疫单向扩散法,对鼻咽癌病人血清中的免疫球蛋白进行检测,其结果颇不一致。有人发现鼻咽癌病人血清中的免疫球蛋白含量与正常人无差异;有人发现鼻咽癌病人血清中的IgA比正常人显著增高;有人发现鼻咽癌病人血清中的IgG、IgA均较正常人为高;也有人发现鼻咽癌病人血清中的IgG、IgA,IgM均较正常人为高。为了弄清鼻咽癌病人血清中免疫球蛋白的变化,我们对此亦进行了初步的探讨,现将试验方法及结果报告如下:
