K2S2O8-O2耦合技术去除苯并杂环类有机物及聚合物再利用

采用过硫酸盐-氧气(K2S2O8-O2)耦合技术处理苯并噻唑(BTH)、苯并三唑(BT)、苯并咪唑(BM)、吲哚(ID) 4种苯并杂环混合物的模拟废水。160 ℃时,1.0 g/L的BTH、BT、BM、ID及混合污染物转化为球形聚合物的产率分别为66%、62%、57%、60%及68%,溶液中COD去除率分别为92%、90%、86%、91%及94%;进一步提高反应温度,几种污染物溶液的COD脱除率均达90%以上。利用密度泛函(DFT)理论对反应物分子结构、化学键长及其电负性进行了研究,结果表明 ...

钒掺杂SrBi4Ti4O15拉曼光谱和X射线光电子能谱研究

适量的钒掺杂,大大增加了SrBi4Ti4O15(SBTi)铁电材料的剩余极化2Pr,并改善了材料的耐压性能.SBTi拉曼模的位置,基本不受V掺杂的影响,但对应Ti O6氧八面体的拉曼模在掺杂明显宽化,这与V5+取代进入Ti O6中的Ti4+后,材料局部无序性增大,应力增加有关.X射线光电子能谱表明,不同掺杂量样品的Bi4f和Ti2p的结合能未有明显变化,这与B位高价掺杂减少氧空位的特殊机制有关.材料的2Pr增加,是高价阳离子掺杂导致材料中氧空位浓度的减少,局部无序性的增加共同作用的结果.

钇和镨共掺杂对SnO2压敏电阻综合电性能的调控

SnO2压敏电阻作为一种新型压敏陶瓷,由于其良好的非线性和热传导特性而得到关注。本研究利用扫描电子显微镜成像、电压-电流测量、电容-电压测量和X射线衍射等方法,分析了给定含量的Y2O3和不同浓度Pr2O3的掺杂对SnO2·CoO·Ta2O5·Cr2O3系列压敏电阻微观结构和电气性能的影响。研究发现,微量掺杂的Pr2O3不仅可以有效改善压敏电阻的电压梯度,且在抑制泄漏电流方面有着显著效果,但是随着Pr2O3的加入,样品的残余孔隙率增加,样品致密性变差。在本研究中,当Y2O3为0.05 (摩尔分数 ...

SrBi4-xNdxTi4O15铁电陶瓷性能研究

用固相烧结法制备了不同Nd掺杂量的SrBi4-xNdxTi4O15(SBNT-x,x=0.00~1.00)铁电陶瓷.X射线衍射谱显示Nd掺杂未改变SrBi4Ti4O15(SBTi)的晶体结构.铁电测量表明,适量的Nd掺杂使SBTi的剩余极化(2Pr)显著增加.当x=0.18时,2Pr达到极大值,为25.8μC/cm2,和未掺杂相比,增长约56%.样品的矫顽场在x=0.00到0.18之间几乎不变,而在更大掺杂量下,随掺杂量的增加而逐步减小.掺杂引起材料中点缺陷浓度降低和晶格畸变减小 ...
