AA/MA/AM/MM多元共聚物阻垢性能的研究

合成了AA/MA/AM/MM 多元共聚物,并对所得产品进行了碳酸钙静态阻垢实验,探讨了共聚物的分子量、投加量、溶液的pH 值、温度、恒温时间等因素与共聚物阻垢率的关系,并用扫描电子显微镜观测了碳酸钙晶形的变化,结果表明,AA/MA/AM/MM 多元共聚物阻垢性能较好,该共聚物使碳酸钙晶形发生了畸变。

用鼓泡法对丙烯酸的均聚物和共聚物阻垢作用的对比研究

作者用鼓泡法对丙烯酸的均聚物和共聚物,以及不同分子量的均聚物对碳酸钙的阻垢作用进行了对比研究。结果发现:(1)丙烯酸的均聚物和共聚物不仅有分散作用,而且还有阻垢(增溶)作用。(2)鼓泡法不仅可研究含磷阻垢剂,而且还可研究聚羧酸盐分散剂的阻垢作用。(3)丙烯酸共聚物的阻垢性能优于其均聚物。(4)西烯酸均聚物分子量在4000左右时的阻垢性能较好。

以过硫酸铵和季戊四醇为氧化还原引发体系引发丙烯酰胺(AM)与甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)自由基共聚合,采用FTIR和1H-NMR进行结构表征.研究了引发剂用量、单体配比及浓度对星形阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺共聚物特性粘数及阳离子度的影响,并用于处理高岭土废水,其絮凝效果明显优于相应的均聚物及线形共聚物.

马来酐-丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚阻垢剂的研究

以马来酐、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料合成了新型三元共聚物阻垢分散剂,探讨了对共聚物阻垢性能的影响因素,得出了最佳合成条件:单体配比n(MA)∶n(AM)∶n(HEA)=1.5∶0.6∶0.4、引发剂与单体质量比为8%、聚合温度80℃、聚合时间4 h。阻垢性能试验表明该共聚物相对分子质量为2 400及共聚物质量浓度为15 mg/L时阻垢效果最好。该共聚物具有良好的阻垢性能,是一种高效的绿色阻垢剂。
