通过比较不同浓度铜孵育肝豆状核变性患者皮肤成纤维细胞内铜、金属硫蛋白代谢的改变,发现经高浓度铜孵育后,患者成纤维细胞胞浆内铜含量、金属硫蛋白含量及其铜结合量均明显增高,表明高铜孵育能促进本病遗传缺陷在皮肤成纤维细胞内进一步表达。认为,肝豆状核变性的离体培养皮肤成纤维细胞模型是一种较为理想的研究模型。

【目的】 探讨急性运动后健康成人循环内皮祖细胞(EPC)数量和功能的动态变化及其与一氧化氮(NO)水平的关系。【方法】 选择8例男性健康志愿者,动态观察急性运动前以及运动后30 min、3 h、6 h、12 h和24 h循环内皮祖细胞数量和功能,同时检测运动前后血浆NO水平的变化。 【结果】 急性运动后30 min,健康志愿者循环内皮祖细胞的数量和功能上升至最高峰,运动后3 h已开始逐渐下降,运动后24 h回落至正常水平,这种变化与血浆NO水平的动态变化趋势基本相似 ...
