肺纤维化是一种常见的间质性肺疾病,临床症状表现为干咳和呼吸困难,伴有限制性通气功能异常和弥散功能降低,其发病率逐年上升,且预后不佳。其病理早期表现为肺泡细胞损伤和凋亡,最终出现细胞外成纤维细胞增殖及胶原沉积。研究表明,失控的氧化应激、氧化/抗氧化平衡失调是诱导肺纤维化发生的分子学基础[1];内质网应激(ERS)通过促进肺泡上皮细胞凋亡、改变上皮细胞表型、促进成纤维细胞分化等方式也参与纤维化的发生及发展[2]。
