换流变压器有载调压开关防爆试验研究与分析

为研究有载调压开关的防爆能力,以换流变压器有载调压开关为研究对象,搭建了有载调压开关的防爆试验系统。在开关内部设置了一对电极,当试验大电流通过电极之间的细小铜丝使其发生熔断后,电极之间形成电弧通道。通过调整电弧电流、电弧间距、燃弧时长,从而获取了不同故障能量并测量了在此能量下的开关内的压力。计算并对比了在对应能量下开关油室的压力。试验研究表明:①开关的防爆能力有限,建议提高开关盖板强度,结合爆破膜对开关进行防爆;②为避免随着电弧能量增大使弧压变化过大,建议减小电极间距;③为避免电极烧蚀,建议使用比热容小、

封闭容器内部短路燃弧金属烧蚀对热—力效应的影响分析

金属封闭开关设备内部发生短路燃弧故障时,电弧烧蚀金属材料生成的金属蒸气是影响热—力效应的重要因素之一,但目前仍缺乏金属烧蚀量对热—力效应影响的定量研究。基于磁流体动力学(MHD)理论与金属蒸气的质量浓度方程,建立了考虑金属烧蚀的短路电弧数学模型,并在计算模型内部放置带孔金属板,通过改变金属板孔径大小控制金属烧蚀量,以定量评估金属烧蚀量对封闭容器内部短路燃弧产生的热—力效应的影响。结果表明:铜、铁金属板孔径越小,金属烧蚀量越大,封闭容器内压力升与最高温升越低;相同孔径下,铜金属板蒸发质量高于铁金属板 ...
