本文介绍了用低压方波法,求测冲击电压测量系统及冲击分压器响应特性的方法。所用低压方波发生器,系用JAS—2型湿簧管制成的,线路简单,制作方便,所产生的方波前沿很陡,达1.06毫微秒。文中从实验上证实了冲击电压测量系统的响应时间和阻尼电阻的关系是线性关系,利用这一线性关系可以较准确地测出分压器本身的响应时间。最后,给出了两台分压器的实测结果。

针对防护器件暂态抑制二极管(TVS)在纳秒级强电磁脉冲作用下的特性响应问题。基于TVS管反向击穿理论,采用理论与实验相结合的方法,利用纳秒级强电磁脉冲发生器充当电磁脉冲源,选用1.5KE系列不同型号的TVS管在不同强度的电磁脉冲下进行实验。综合分析得出:随着不同型号器件直流击穿电压升高,器件残压的误差率由4%左右逐渐增加到16%;随着冲击电压的增加,TVS管动作时间逐渐减少,最终会在31 ns左右维持不变;TVS管在冲击电压一定的情况下,随着器件直流击穿电压的增加,TVS更易达到饱和状态 ...
