多种冲击电流下金属氧化物压敏电阻动态模型准确性分析

为研究IEEE模型和Pinceti模型对金属氧化物压敏电阻(metal-oxide varistor,MOV)的仿真准确性,以额定电压为150~750 V的6种MOV为对象,理论和试验分析了不同幅值4/10 μs、8/20 μs雷电冲击电流和30/60 μs操作冲击电流下的残压及吸收能量。结果表明,在IEEE模型参数确定中,随操作冲击电流幅值的增大,非线性电阻参考电压取值增大但电感取值减小;在残压预测中,IEEE模型误差为2.6%,较Pinceti模型误差4.6%更准确;在MOV吸收能量估算中 ...
